    This is one of the few books that I have read in a long time that explains the myths of losing/gaining weight in a simplified way. Good advice about why I have probably struggled with gaining weight as its all about eating the right foods at the right time ie. eat fast protein G.I foods before/after workouts. Can't wait to start my new training regime and following some of the recipes.
